I recently travelled to New York for a wedding. The Tuxes were done by this company. The Groom picked up all of our tuxes. When I arrived the day of the wedding and tried on my Tux, I was shocked to see that not only was the middle button on the jacket missing, but that the area where it was supposed to be was marked in the shape of a huge tic-tac-toe board in thick bright white chalk lines. There was no answer at the the tux store. With some elbow grease and half a bottle of soda water, I was able to remove most of the chalk, but I still could not button the jacket properly due to the missing button. When I called Bonaventure today to tell them about the incident, the sales rep on the phone couldn't have cared less. He was happy to point out that the white chalk is how they mark things that need to be fixed. They marked it fine, it's the fixing they need to work on. Overall a terrible experience and a waste of the Groom's $150.00.
