This is the worst possible contractor. We started our pool process over a year ago and it still isn't complete. Has nothing to do with Covid or supply issues, but everything to do with how this contractor does business. He disappears for weeks at a time, refuses to communicate with us and regularly ignores any message we send. When he does respond, his messages are completely incoherent and he doesn't ever answer what you've actually asked. His construction is faulty and we have many issues that will have to be fixed by another contractor. Bobby is a bully, he threatens and screams at his clients when he doesn't get his way. Threatens to sue, threatens to call the police on you, and more. If you're one of his employees, then you risk physical assault by him. Don't be fooled by his pricing being less than others, by the time you have paid someone else to fix all his errors, you'll be paying way more than had you gone with a reputable contractor and had it done right the first time more

DO NOT HIRE THEM !! Save yourself the headache and problem after problem. My mother had her pool build by this rude guy who did a terrible job left her with huge mess and aggravation. It took them 7 and half months to somewhat finish and she had to call all the time to push it they wouldn't show up for weeks sometimes and ignore her calls. They promised to build this pool in 7 to 8 weeks with maybe few extra weeks in case of a lot of rain. Lie lie lie all of it. Never answered questions and concerns she had was rude called her names and threatened her many times his employees witnessed all of it and they also stated he is rude to a lot of his customers. He has his lying sales person telling all how wonderful and fast it is going to be in our case it was Angie Jackson . Big mistake and now my mom is paying for it lots of unfinished details and they left huge mess , damaged her siding didn't clean it up . Left yard in complete mess with metal concrete sticking out everywhere just a disaster. The worst thing is he threatened my mom if she will write a review he will not give her warranty and I m assuming that's why many people are not writing them. This has bothered me and I decided to write it anyway. Don't do business with this rude person you'll be sorry, my mom was stressed with this guy for almost 8 months and left with huge mess and disappointment. Pay more money and have it done right by someone who respects you as a customer its worth it. more
