Bon Temps Limo

THE WORST! You would think that companies want to book you - appearantly this is not the case. It is obviously a huge inconvinience to them to help people. When I asked to go see the bus - the OWNER complained they'd have to pay someone to go show me. Ok...and? Aren't you a business that is supposed to be with customer service? and getting business? I will never, EVER call them again. When I told the owner how displeased I was - she took major offense and was beyond rude. I will make sure to let everyone know how rude they were. The sad part is, in the beginning they seemed really nice and helpful. However, after waiting multiple weeks to try to book them and several excuses from the owner, I still had nothing booked. BECAUSE OF THEM! I decided I wasn't going to wait anymore. When she said ""Well your wedding isn't for two months right? I dont understand why you are so antsy to book right this second."" Really?? I'm calling you for a reason - to book a bus! So fine - I went to another company and am very pleased. I will never give them my business. I can't believe people like this own a business. Just sad. more

""Worst customer service? Tried to book them for my wedding but wanted to see their fleet in person to make sure it was what we were looking for. Contacted them and the owner said that the bus was in the shop getting the sound system fixed and should be out and able to view by Friday, said she would call us back and let us know. NEVER HEARD BACK. Called following week figuring they got busy and gave them a chance. Got the same run around that the bus wasn?t available to view and she would contact when it was available. Another week passed and NEVER HEARD BACK. Called again in week three on Monday and she said she would have someone meet me to view the bus and they would contact me Tuesday to go view it. Of course, NEVER HEARD BACK. Called the company to let them know of my frustration and told them they would not get my business. The OWNER said ""if you?re going to be that meticulous about wanting to see the bus you should take your business elsewhere."" She never apologized and asked , ""what the hell do you want me to do"". The rest of the phone call was her YELLING across the phone about how difficult we were being. Bon Temps Limos is a waste of time and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The worst part about it was that we were dealing with the owner of the company the whole time. If you?re looking to get the run around and treated like crap Bon Temp Limos is the company for you. more

My friends rented the Bon Temps Limo bus for my bachelorette party a few weekends ago. It was a blast! Perfect way to go being that we were going to New Orleans and no one wanted to be the designated driver! It was totally different than what I expected. It was not cheesy like the ""Boogy Bus"", which is what I was afraid of. It looked a lot like a limo inside but with plenty of space to actually move around and dance. I was very impressed by the driver. He was very polite and was very cautious of us in New Orleans being that our group was all girls. There was an Ipod in the front of the bus that controled the sound system and also hooked up to a HUGE tv in the back of the bus and played the music videos. It was a great way to party and not worry about anything! Pros: Awesome atmosphere and designated driver more

The driver did not know what she was doing or where she was going. She arrived 40 minutes late, and they paid me back for being 15 minutes late. She swerved the entire time; she also did not have her headlights on while going on the onramp, and almost ran into the railing while trying to find them to turn them back on. Eight out of 24 people did not ride back because they were so scared. There was also no air conditioning, and even the bus driver told them that there wasn't any, and they did not believe us. They said that they had to go by what the maintenance people said, and it was working perfectly the night before. When I called Monday morning, the manager did not believe me and twisted my words and thought I was just doing this to get my money back. Do not use Bon Temps Limo for your event!!!! Pros: NO PROS Cons: late, service, transportation, no air conditioning more
