These guys are awesome!!! We have been using this company for years and their services on numerous occasion(termites,fleas,roaches,bedbugs,mosquito, rodents,bees. Always,they are on time for their appointments at our rental property tenants. They have quality, value and professionalism. more

First of all, Bon Pest Control is the most courteous and professional company to speak to over the phone. They were wonderful! After contacting them, they were expedient and able to work quickly, and around my schedule. They came out within two days. They were well-informed. I am a special needs person with severe bronchitis and asthma, and they were were ready to work with me. Plus, they knew about my cat too. I wasn't able to move everything around before they came, but they were able to work around my things, which I know couldn't have been very easy, but they made it happen and everything was killed off! They did a good and thorough job. I couldn't be happier. After they were done, they left their papers and cards on the counter and locked the door behind them. I could totally trust them. To be able to trust a company to come in and do their job and leave things the way they found them is just wonderful. Everything was absolutely perfect! I do have a thirty-day warranty with them, just in case they need to come back out. I would definitely use them again and highly, highly recommend them! more

After hearing the pitter patter of little feet -- inside the walls! -- my wife called Bon Pest Control. The next day, a very nice exterminator/pest control engineer named Chavez arrived at our house and started to investigate. After a while, a dead rat was discovered and a plan for action was made. Chavez returned three times and each time was prompt, efficient and very nice about explaining the progress of the plan. One month later, it seems our pests are gone. Thanks!!! more

Our serviceman was very helpful in explaining what the issue was with the termintes. Where they were really coming from and he also mentioned other home repairs we can do to maintain the termites out long after the service is done. The service was performed within a week of the inspection and in a timely manner. All the workers are professional and clean. more

Bon Pest Control is great! Whenever I have a problem, or see a bug or even a rat scurrying around, I call them and they come right out. They always do a very good and thorough job. All is well, except when we requested a letter outlining a specific incident with a tenant, the response was not what we required. We would still like a full explanation of what took place between the tenant and serviceman. more

We used Bon Pest Control for all our units. They're very good, and we have no complaints. I always recommend them. They're excellent! They always respond to my requests, and they do the best they can under the circumstances. You can't always guarantee the termites or bugs will go away the first time, but Bon does very well. Bad bad bad service. If I could give these guys zero stars, I would.\r \r They basically take your money, put a few traps out, and then they don't follow up. I could have done that and saved the money I wasted on Bon Pest Control. Seriously, the guy put the traps out and didn't call, didn't show up for weeks. Um, what's that ""dead"" smell?\r \r As part of their ""service"" they're supposed to find the hole where the critters are getting in, and the rep walked around on the roof and said it was all sealed up. That night? Scratching sounds from the attic.\r \r I went up on the roof the next day and found the hole myself. And I ain't no pest control expert. Sealed it up myself. No more scratching sounds from the attic.\r \r We complained, and the receptionist gave us major attitude but said Bon would personally give us a call. Still waiting for that call. Save your money or just go to a reputable pest control company with a guarantee. Cons: Not reliable, didn't finish the job, didn't do what they promised more
