do not let them work on rolex watches\r replaced my bezel with aftermarket parts\r that fell off two times cleaned watch,hat to carry\r back two times watch never did work right\r never returned calls.also fixed ring that broke in one week more

Not a good place to sell jewelry 3/29/2009

My sister went here with her old class ring and a couple of necklaces and they said they were only worth $36. This place is a ripoff. We decided to go somewhere else and got much more. more

Great craftmanship! 11/4/2005

My fiance first went to see Phillip before he asked me to marry him. My fianc knew exactly what he wanted and how much he wanted to spend. Philip helped him design the engagement ring and then designed a matching band. Then, when it was my turn, he did the exact same thing. I kind of had an idea of what I wanted, but Philip helped lead me in the right direction and answer all my questions. They even let me pay monthly without finance charges. They dont have a whole lot of jewelry in the store. I guess they like to stick to custom work. more
