All I got were defensive middle aged women, who were pissed off that they couldn't up sell me on their in home designer / installation fees, and laughed off screwing up my order. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever purchasing from them.\r

I recently purchased a 1950s ranch home in Northeast. After some online research, I found that the best window furnishings would be the Hunter Douglas 2"" Macro blinds...\r
\r
When I found that Bolliger was the nearest dealer, I went in with all of my measurements and explained that I had already taken 1/4"" off of all the widths. Marti at the shop explained that the manufacturer already deducts that amount. I told her that when she orders them, to just add the 1/4"" back to mine, she agreed.\r
\r
I was sent an email from Marti to confirm the price, quantity and size of the blinds... and was told to say yea or nay to it. I responded that she only sent the quantity and price, but I needed to know that they ordered the proper size...\r
\r
No response for 4 days. I finally called, and a lady named Donna was laughing at me that I didn't have one of their on-site designers come and do my measurements. Donna was extremely rude and not very welcoming to my concern. I was told that I could only wait to hear from Marti\r
\r
I didn't hear back from Marti until my blinds arrived, and when they did she was clueless about the 1/4"" debacle. She had NO recollection at all about our discussion. Yet, she was fully prepared to give me free 1/4"" spacers.\r
\r
The customer service was piss poor and when I picked up the blinds, they laid them next to the front door and sat at their desks, without even a thank you for your business. \r
\r
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Pros: good location
Cons: Poor customer service
