Jack lied to me. we had to move our Statler Stitcher it would only be a temporary move and asked him if we could get a break on the cost to move it again because it would only be 2 to 3 months before we would move again. he agreed, when it came time to move he did not give us a break.and now he will not even come out to service our Statler Stitcher more

Boycott Boersma's!!!!!!! 3/2/2011

If you expect a response from an email to Boesnma's or a phone call from Jill Knoll - don't hold your breath! I'm going to boycott the store since they are not responsive to customer questions. I wanted to take a long arm quilting class, but Jill refuses to answers calls, and my email to the store was never answered. The phone call to the store resulted in a referral to Jill, who would not call back. more
