By far some of the best yoga classes in the area. If you get a chance to check it out, stop down for Laura's classes on tues or thurs. Excellent hands on instruction. A great work out facility , includes all your basic needs, life fitness, hammer strength and free weights. Never any wait for cardio equiptment and never any hastle or high pressure from the staff. Hands down a place to feel comfortable and just get a great work out in.
Pros: The owner is always there working hands on in the gym. Staff is high spirited and fun.
Cons: Parking can be hard to find in middle of day, but there are lots inexpensive lots in the area.
