BodyLase Skin Spa

I've been going to Bodylase for years now. I just wanted to let everyone how wonderful my experience has been. I am a buisness Professional and a mom of 4 young children. I love coming and taking some time for myself. They are alway great about getting me in for appointments and moving stuff around to fit my schedule. That is one of the may reasons i decided on Bodylase. more

I used to go to BodyLase and was serviced by Sarah, who while using the laser for a FACIAL SKIN treatment removed hair from my forehead and temples. more

I've been going to Bodylase in Cary for a while now. I just HAD to come and brag on them. I have had Fraxel, Botox, Juviderm and eyelash extensions. I guess you can say i spend way to much time in that spa! I love everyone on staff. Bethany and Danielle are alway so kind and helpful and never cease to make me laugh before and after my appointments. Dana and Gini have done a FABULOUS job. I could not ask for better results and prettier eyelashes. I only wish i had started doing this sooner. My confidence has gone through the roof and i dont regret spending a penny at that place! I have been getting services at Bodylase for over a year now. I have gotten a series of chemical peels to reduce acne scars, I have had my eyebrows tattooed, and laser hair removal. more

I had thermage/fraxel in 2009 and I never could see any results with this procedure after spending quite a bit of money. So I called them and asked to come in to discuss my unhappiness and Danielle did do that. She was great in doing that but took quite a bit of time. Of course I go and they say, we can see some small results but that's it. I understand that nothing is guaranteed but I should see something. I get a email the very next day that they are ceasing my care there because I was unhappy with my treatment and I assume that I complained. I believe this is awful business along with bad customer services. I would never return there or refer anyone to their spa, I will make sure that the people that I have referred knows how they treated me and get the word out. I feel that they should had tried to do the procedure again but no they say you are being dismissed from the spa. So if you want something done correctly and professionally stay away from there and invest your money in something/somewhere that they would treat you with better respect. I have been going there for years and to get this type of treatment. NEVER HAVE THERMAGE it's a money stealer. Look on the internet. more

I went to BodyLase in Cary to have my eyelash extensions refilled after visiting several other spas in the area. I can't say the procedure had ever been comfortable in the past but as someone with naturally wimpy lashes, I always loved the results. When I saw Ginny at Bodylase I actually fell asleep!! I can honestly say it was relaxing and I have had the most complements and longest wear out of my lashes after seeing her. She took the time to take off my old lashes, which were applied horribly, to make all of my lashes look perfect. I have had some bad experiences with other spas where the lashes were glued to my eyelids or cheap glue was used- which does not last nearly as long. For all of you that have discovered eyelash extensions and fell in love with them or are thinking about trying them~ you should definitely visit Ginny. I am so glad I found her!!! more

I?m 25 years old and had never had a massage. I just landed a new job and decided to treat myself to a full body massage. A friend told me about BodyLase, so I checked them out. They suggested the Swedish style massage for first-timers, and I also opted for the scalp and foot add-ons. The experience was amazing. I have never felt so relaxed and stress free in my life. My wife purchased the Gentlemen?s Barber Style Facial for me, and I loved it! I hate the way my face feels after I shave, so she gave me this as a Valentine?s Day gift. I was nervous about going to spa, but everyone there was incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable. Honestly, my skin has never looked this smooth or felt so great. My wife loves it! I work for a local garden store and spend a lot of time lifting heavy pots and being hunched over planting and pruning. For my birthday my husband got me a gift certificate to BodyLase for a deep tissue massage package with foot massage. The experience was amazing! The therapist who did my massage made me feel very comfortable and I wished it never ended. This was an amazing gift and I?ve recommended them to all my friends. I have consistently had great experiences at BodyLase in Cary, particularly with Zerona. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to discuss with me which services are right for me. I feel better and look better after visiting BodyLase and I get regularly get complimented on how great I look. Woman who used Laser BURNED! skin. Heard she was fired, but still left with burn. This same woman puts on eyelash extensions, glued 2-3 to one eyelash which can make your own lashes fall out! Woman at front desk acts like your best friend one visit, and then acts as if she's never seen you the next time you come in. I know they have to try to sell products, but don't push so hard. And please clean up a little. The place looks tired. Pros: nice N.P. Cons: pushy & moody @ front desk, must know your provider more

I went here for one facial when I was a bride-to-be. I meant to pamper myself but I think my skin was just too delicate because I had a sunburnt feeling and appearance for several days after it and even washing my face bothered it. On the plus side my face felt incredibly smooth when it didn't protest to my touching it. As I was leaving the lady who did my facial warned me that I needed to wear sunscreen for the next couple of days, and it was even more important since I am very fair of skin. The lady checking me out tried to sell me some spf15 after the facial lady told me this in front of her. I said no thanks since I had moisturizer at home I use with spf30 in it. The facial lady told her no way! That is was too low for me and gave me a small jar of spf30 (same size as something you would find lip gloss in). My chief complaint though was when I was checking in they wanted my email address and silly me gave it to them. When I moved out of town I kept getting spammed with their specials even though I kept replying with "remove" in the subject line. I called once and was told it was removed after two or three months of this. I was happy to be removed but I still got more the next month. Luckily on the second call I was finally totally removed from their email list. Pros: Mostly Professional Cons: Very hard to get off their email mailing list more
