Absolute best! This is the only place I've gotten a massage that truly gives you the amount of time stated for a massage. The industry defines an hour, etc, massage as one that is 5-10 min less to allow time for preparing rooms for the next customer. Not this spa! When I go for a 90 min massage, I get 90 min...sometimes more! :) Owner is wonderful, as well as the other massage therapist and hair stylist! They all are skilled with a vast amount of up to date information on natural approaches to health, etc. I'd pay double to continue getting my massages there. more

I think this was intended for the Body Connections Spa in Hillsdale, NJ. I agree with Tracy, the spa was wonderful! The staff was sweet and the services are great! I highly recommend them!! more

I don't know who allowed this message about the Body Connection Spa in Shiloh, IL. This is completely false! This message was intended for the Body Connection Spa in Hillsdale,NJ. LOOK under www.yelp and you will get the exact message that was intended for their spa NOT ours! We strive for excellent customer service! What ashame for such false accusations! Someone needs to fix this immediately! more

Horrible . I could not even schedule my appointments. I purchase a deal through living social in November to get a service scheduled in April with 3 cancellations in between, for fire department inspection, half service or no electricity reason. In the end I was offered my money back what I did get my money back, because knowing that they can?t accommodate clients I can imagine what they can do inside the Spa . Don?t use this Spa. The manager have no manners, no knowledge of customer service. more
