Happy to say this is the dealer where i purchased my car and have been bringing it since to get serviced. Pat the service manager and Jance have showed me the true meaning of amazing customer service. When having trouble with my car these two not only showed value of my time but took complete ownership to make sure the issue was resolved. They have gained my loyalty and trust to keep me coming back to Boch toyota in Norward. Thank you so much!!! more

I had a couple questionable experiences with the service department at Boch Toyota in Norwood, and I was giving them one last chance this month. Long story short, while I was out shopping the service rep called me suggesting that I have more work done to my car. He quoted prices that I found reasonable and decided to have the work done (brake pad replacements and wheel realignment). When I showed up to pick up my car, they were charging me almost $200 more than I had authorized (I believe that he failed to quote me the labor charges). After two days of phone calls back and forth with service rep and service manager, they refused to believe me that the service rep had quoted the incorrect price. No attempts were made to rectify the situation. I will not service my car at that location again, or buy a new car from them in the future. more

I take my car here for service. You don't even need an appointment, you just drive up to the garage and they take you in. This is a first come first serve service (although you can make an appointment). They are all very friendly and helpful. The cost is typical of any dealer but I believe that it is worth it here. more

I was looking to check out with they can do with my old toyota camry. Been running since 1995. Still runs fine, just needed a check up. So I brought my baby up to this dealership to get a quick inspection and estimate. In the meanwhile, I was looking at the new model camrys and boy, they had a huge selection of other makes! I actually found a new one and started working with the car salesman ( who was a complete shrewd but you just need to know how to deal with them) and I decided on trading in my old beau for the new camry. Happy with my purchase and everything was pain free! more
