Every time i walk by i can't help to look at the adorable puppies. I bought a puggle a few months back and couldn't have a better dog. The employees were also very helpful.. i plan on buying another puggle from there in the next few months. I wish they still let you put a deposit down tho boo! I.e. more

Bought a whole aquarium and supplies from Bobs Tropical. They were very helpful in picking the fish and all the other parts for the system. I keep going back for more help and adding on to the aquarium. more

This shop is a great place if you want a pedigree puppy. They personally care for the dogs and do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. They strongly encourage you to take the puppy to the vet for a check-up immediately & even provide a free visit at Howard Beach Animal Clinic! more

People this isn't burger king. I purchased marley a kitten for my girlfriend for mothers day first off he was fine when I got him he developed a cat flu when i brung him to his new home. The staff isn't rude at all they just seem busy like any other business in NYC . I good at picking up on rudeness this place is good to go, it's a pet store it's gonna smell also pets that are in cages aren't active may get sick. However I get a free vets visit for marley the staff at the vet are nice they instructed me what I had to do and marley is doing better , also the cat has free visit for a year that doesn't include shots and meds but I'm not mad it's a business , bottom line I read the reviews and took a chance purchasing marley and haven't regret getting him at bobs , thanks bobs tropics more

This is a great pet store. I don't know why anyone would dislike it. They have a lovely staff and some of the finest puppies. I bought a 3 month old chihuahua there for a very reasonable price. I love that pet store and go there all the time. All the people who give it a bad review have probably never been there. -Drejon more

I took my bird for the first time to have his nail clipped. I was very satisfied with the service my bird was handled with experience and the owner himself clipped his nails. 2 thumbs up. more

well first this is a pet store yes it has some smell but animals stink they do not use the toilet but poop and pee wear and when they want the customer service is A+ and the prices are good if u can't spend a certain amount on a pet then you shouldn't get one because in the future DR. bills cost$ these are not toys but the animals in that store will be one day if u can afford it be your new family member all in all this store is kept clean and thats that more

I always walk by here and am always fascinated by what's in the windows. I have seen the oddest selection of creatures in the windows. I've gone in a few times and the place has either knocked me over with the smell of unclean cages or is sometimes bearable. Lots of kids in the neighborhood love to hang out here. more
