04/06/2012 tire fails on the vehicle, returned to BOBS for warranty repair, was informed, @ further inconvenience that I would need my receipt, due to todays technology,, the original sales receipt was filed away, however, an electronic version was reproduced, indicating the sale transaction, the date, and also provided the original receipt that was done during the actual transaction after, even the electronic version of information was REFUSED.. They STILL REFUSED TO EVEN LOOK AT MY PROBLEM, a flat tire....WITH THE SLIPS IN HAND, they said because I asked them to go through the same inconvenience, and get there copy of there original slip, they couldn't even produce any record of my business with them....But they took a lot of it when we did do business, without asking, CAR VIN # , REGISTRATION #, PLATE # car make, model, DRIVERS LICENSE # CREDIT CARD INFORMATION,,,, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY WAY TO IDENTIFY ME AS THERE CUSTOMER !!! YOU TAKE THE RISK,
I STILL HAVE TWO TIRES THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO BE WARRANTEED THAT IS GOING TO COST ME TO REPLACE, as they are DEFECTIVE, without warranty....A VERBAL PIECE OF WRITTEN GARBAGE BY BOBS TIRE SEMINOLE BLVD
