Worst

Very poor service. Incompetent. i had to take my car out of their shop and to the ford dealer after a week with them unable to figure out their screw ups.

i just had my car repaired at bob's, i want to thank everyone at bob's for the most excellent customer service. also my car was done before the due date and looked like a brand new car. i dont know how to thank you for your professionalism. your efforts are greatly appreciated. you guys get *************************************** that many stars for a job well done more

CAR REPAIR 8/27/2008

My car was repaired, after an accident, at Bob's Automotive. Although the staff was very nice and very professional I would think after spending thousands of dollars they would clean the car & not leave their dirty finger prints & small parts from the repair all in the inside of the car. My clear coat had dirt specks in it which I could see so I know they could see it when finished. These were small things but after spending your money you shouldn't have to take the car back for things they could have prevented. more
