Misty was so helpful and walked me through all the work which need to be completed. The cost was reasonable and they work with the students and don't try to up sell services.

Worst

First of all, everyone I had contract with at Bob's was polite and easy to talk with. However I can not recommend this business because they took a week longer to repair the car ...

Engine Replacement 1/1/2015

First of all, everyone I had contract with at Bob's was polite and easy to talk with. However I can not recommend this business because they took a week longer to repair the car than promised. And it wasn't right at the time of pickup. The repair didn't get the attention to detail I expect. more

Scam artists 12/31/2014

Got my valve cover gasket "fixed" here. Took the car back because there was still a burning smell beneath the hood and after keeping my car for an entire day, they said nothing was wrong with it. After paying bobs 225 dollars, I had to go pay Firestone over 500 to actually fix the valve cover gasket. Terrible, unprofessional business. more

Willingness to work with students 11/3/2014

Bobs have been an excellent source for my auto repairs. As a student, I may not understand all the mechanic lingo, but they talked to me to help me understand. The work performed was excellent and pricing was reasonable. Additionally, they spoke with my parents and was able to diagnose my car troubles and have me back on the road within a couple of days. I would recommend them for your car servicing needs. more

Great place 11/3/2014

I was a walk-in for an oil change. They got me right in and had me in and out in a very decent time! I was bothered that the turtle was in such a small confinement though. I am recommending my roommate take his car there for work this week! more

I walked in, without an appointment, and asked if I could get an oil change. The response was "No problem, let me just get some information". I answered a few questions regarding my car, and in no time, the oil was changed. The service was very friendly, and the price was fair. more
