Great tip for parking: try the parking deck at the Civic Center at 4th & Red River; Bobalu's is off 6th between Neches & Red River -- a short walk from there!

thankfully we walked in one a sunday morning and not the night before when we were half lit, \r the shop had a dirty old basement smell to it\r and once you stepped in the humid...

Truly a World Class Cigar Manufacturer, Maker, and Store 8/21/2005

I am not a cigar smoker, but for the cigar smokers in my life this is IT among hand rolled cigars. You can go inside the store and actually watch their rollers create magnificent cigars in person. This can also be viewed live online. They are very reasonably priced with an assortment of cigars that anyone (including myself) can appreciate. They are quality made and the flavors seem endless. They also have a sensational selection of humidors and now offer custom labeled cigars. How great is that?! It would make a wonderful gift for those hard to buy for men in all of our lives. more

Up in Smoke on 6th 8/17/2005

This place is a cool site to see on 6th street. You won’t find too many prepackaged cigars. They have usually 5 guys hand rolling some premium cigars for your smoking pleasure. I have bought 3 cigars from them on my 21st birthday and they were outstanding. I will always go back to Bobalu when I am need of a quality cigar. I hope with the new city ordinance this establishment will stay in business. PS, no swisher sweets here! more
