STAY AWAY! RUN! 9/21/2012

Worst Experience Ever. Went in to find a user car - looking to spend 10k. Was showed a car that has been in a front end colision. The front struts were shot. This is the BEST PART - CAR DIED WITH SALESMAN INSIDE!!!!! - before we left the parking lot. He said it was out of gas!!!! Seriously - he said that - which the gas gauge was full!!! - 10K car! - The car could hardly stay on the road - it supposedly has 96K miles but from just common sense - it felt like 150K. I asked for a carfax before we left dealership - didnt get one. I asked to see what other used vehicles they have - they said none - Talked to 2 managers - no apologies - no explanations!!! Just amazing - bottom line - IF YOU WANNA GET RIPPED OFF - GO HERE!!!!! more

Online Car Sales 8/28/2006

DO NOT BUY FROM STEVE BOND!!!!!\r I dealt with Steve Bond the online Sales Manager. Cooresponded for three weeks with him regarding an Altima. Told him EXACTLY what I wanted color and optionS I wanted. He guaranteed he had it in stock and that he would beat any price I got. Made an appt and he not only did not remember what I was there for he did not have any car close to what I had specified. He could have care less if I bought there or not. Received a smart ass email back from him when I emailed my displeasure with dealing with him. Go to Woodfield Nissan and ask for Mark Stillwater. He provided what I wanted with ALOT of professionalism. It was a pleasure at Woodfield! PROS: None CONS: more
