Worst Experience Ever. Went in to find a user car - looking to spend 10k. Was showed a car that has been in a front end colision. The front struts were shot. This is the BEST PART...

Overall it was very good. He called me for a ""buy back"" promotion. I don't believe that really exists, more just a ploy to get people in, but it worked. I got a new car at the same payment as my older one. Wish I could've gotten more with my trade in, but I understand the business side of things. more

I returned to the dealership to look for a vehicle for my wife. The treatment was terrible as the manager refused to show her the car she wanted because he wanted to unload the 2013 cars first. I was also to receive a gift card from target for coming in , which I was told they had none and if I came back they would get me one. They should have mailed me one and not inconvenienced me . I wrote a letter about this but it was ignored. My daughter is now looking for a car but I won't bring her in there. I have bought 3 cars from Arlington Nissan, but I guess my business isn't appreciated more

Timed spend showing and explaining the car features was greatly appreciated. The fact that they came over to the house to bring the car was amazeing now it fits perfectly in the garage. more
