I used this florist for my wedding flowers and six years later, people still bring up how gorgeous the flowers were at my wedding ceremony and reception. Since then, I have seen arrangements from this florist at birthdays, anniversaries, special events, church services,and even funerals. The arrangements have always been striking and special. Note: if ordering from Bob Kelly (or any small florist, really) it's always best to call the florist directly rather than placing an order on and online site. The online site will promise you things for a certain price that the florist simply can't provide without losing a lot of money. It's always better to call. You'll get more personalized service and a more beautiful arrangement that is exactly what you want. Cons: Call the shop; don't order online through another site more

The current owner has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. First she delivered the flowers to the wrong address, on a Sat. I told her my fiancee would pick them up as soon as they open on Mon and the owner stated she would make a new arrangement so they weren't 4 days old, she lied and all but four of the flowers died the next day. The flowers looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the site and I ordered the Premium. My fiancee called to complain and the owner was so rude and nasty she made my fiancee cry. The flowers were discolored and the arrangement was tacky. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from this horrible person and florist shop. $100 for pink roses that basically looked like a giant bush when I explicitly told her absolutely no green and minimal fillers. Not only can she not follow directions but she cannot make a good looking arrangement to save her life. She is rude, argumentative, she cuts you off when talkin more

Bob Kelly Florist is one of the best I know of. His arrangements are just beautiful and full of flowers not empty space. As a floral designer, I know there are different grades of flowers, Bob uses the best, that is why they last and stay so beautiful for so long not just a few days and wilt. They don't make then like Bob Kelly Florist anymore. more

I agree with the last reviewer. The flower arrangements from best that I have seen. They do look like someone should have spent a little more time on them and the staff are not the best when it comes to customer service. But I have seen some pretty flowers there. Bob Kelly is staffed by people who are uninterested in making fresh floral arrangements that are unusual, light, colorful and airy. Their arrangements, that I have received are expensive but boring...lots of carnations as filler...little imagination in my opinion. The shop reflects the same thing..old and boring. If I am going to spend the money for fresh flower bouquets...for myself or others...I want a more sincere expression in my arrangements. Thumbs down big time for this place.
