No changing tables 3/28/2012

I had my baby with me and there were no changing tables available in the rest rooms. I was offered a private office instead which was acceptable and actually impressive. In a business where customers may be waiting for hours... changing tables would be nice. more

TK by far has truly set the standard for not only a sales person... but a person whom actually cares and DOES listen to his customer. He does not attempt to ever mislead simple by using total honesty and compassion. My experience is one I will truly remember and have already told everyone I come into contact with that Bob Howard is the absolute best dealership and not even bother to go anywhere else! TK... You are the MAN! Thanks again guys......I can’t say it enough. more

It was an extremely impressive experience! I have never been treated so well. I have been to this dealership’s service department for various kinds of repairs and maintenance over the past few years and the excellent customer service is consistent. This is the best dealership service department I have ever been to...it was easy and everyone did what they said they would do. Gary was very professional and Bill’s expedient shuttle ride back to my home was easy. You are highly recommended! more

TK has patience and honesty! 5/18/2011

TK was fair but firm and I appreciated his honesty - and his patience. It took me two weeks to decide on what car to buy. I seriously looked at about a dozen cars and test-drove most of them. I kept comparing everything to the Altima (which was the first car I looked at) and finally bought it two weeks later. I was completely satisfied with my decision. No buyer's remorse from me... more

Naomi Slack made first contact with me and was very genuine and caring then handed me off to Trevor Tennison who was equally genuine and caring. I first met them in December 2010 and wasn't able to get a car then but because I got treated exceptionally well I came back when I could get a car and purchased one from Trevor. more

Very delightful experience! 3/31/2011

In all of our past purchases of cars, we have never had a salesman of the quality of Tony Knight. He was knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. We were never high pressured, neither by Tony nor by Mr. Nicholas during the paperwork. Tony answered all of our questions patiently and was not dismissive of any of our concerns. It was a delight to work with Tony. I would recommend him highly. more
