I have been going to Bob Crowe auto for YEARS and have NEVER had a bad experience. He has ALWAYS been honest, saving me a LOT of money. Sometimes it is hard to get in the same day or next, b/c he has a lot of customers, but I have never had a problem getting my car back in a VERY TIMELY MANNER. I would and do recommend his business to everyone! I will continue going to him, no doubt! A good, honest car mechanic is hard to come by these days, but I am glad that I can trust Bob. As a woman, he could have raked me over the coals many times, but that has NEVER been the case! Thumbs up all around from me!! Pros: honest, dependable, great ALL around! Cons: NONE more

I took my care in for the first time and the work was done quickly. I dropped the care of at 8 and they called me before 9:30 to tell me the job was done. They did the repair for less than half of what Midas would have charged. They didn?t try to over sell anything but gave me sound advice on the conditions of my breaks. I would recommend Bob Crowe you aren?t paying for a fancy show room or adds on TV just plain old good quality work Pros: Fast reliable service more

Ok, i have absolutely no idea what this guy is talking about. I've been going to Bob's for 10 years. Let me tell you something, as a woman, I am treated with respect and kindness. My vehicle was always given back to me clean and on time. If there was a serious problem with my car, Bob would call me to tell me how bad the problem was. Never in the 10 years that I've been going to Bob have I EVER had an issue with him. Pros: called to tell me if my car was ready or if there was a problem, treated me respectfully, kept my car in decent shape! Cons: NONE!!!! more

All right, I wouldn't have bothered writing a review unless something really ticked me off, and my dealings with Bob Crowe's has been nothing but a heartache. I took my car in Tuesday night for a simple pipe replacement and didn't get it back until Monday late afternoon. That's not the only thing that got me mad. O.K., they said they couldn't get the part quickly, but why didn't they at least apologize for it taking so long or offer me a discount or something nice (I would have if I couldn't deliver my service in a timely manner). But no, instead, they left a bottle of power steering fluid on my passenger seat, readjusted all of my mirrors and seats, and left a filthy mess of my interior. Another problem, they seldom called me with an update, I had to keep taking my time out of my busy day to call them just so they could tell me that they haven't done anything yet. Whatever their excuses, my experience with Bob Crowe's has not been pleasant and would not recommend them to ANYONE, not even my enemies. Like I said before, it must have taken a lot for me to get this ticked to write an extensive review, but it's well worth. Heed this warning, stay far away from this place, and if you don't, you have only yourself to blame. Don't say I didn't warn you. Pros: Nothing Cons: Extremely late, showed no sympathy for keeping my car for nearly a week for a hose change, didn't bother calling me with updates, left a mess of my car, overcharged me for labor. more
