Great People poor shuttle service 6/3/2013

I usually come and drop my car off and wait or I take the shuttle. On this particular visit, I made sure that I would be on the earliest shuttle to get to work on time and even arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to not put anyone in a rush however, when it came time to pick me up the shuttle dropped the ball. I explained to the driver that I would like a 12:15-12:30 appt and he said that since I was the first person on he would MAKE SURE that I was picked up at that time. Well, 12:30 rolled around and I called him to learn that he was on another run and would not be there to pick me up until 1 or 1:15. I am a doctor and I have a tight schedule so, I couldn't wait and unfortunately, I work until after your service center is closed, therefore, I had to find another way or else I had no way of getting my car. Other than that, everything was great. In Nelson's defense he is a great guy and is always on time, but this occasion really disappointed me more than anything especially since I was clear with the person scheduling the appt as well as him that very morning. Thank you. more

For instance, when I dropped my car off for a complete detail, they brought the detail manager to me so he could ask about any problem areas that needed extra work. Will continue to bring my car to them, even after the warranty expires. more

A road trip was cut short when my Veloster's speakers decided to override the music with an ear-splitting and continuous screech that persisted even when the car was turned off. The dealership had no recommendations for the problem over the phone, but took the car in for repair as soon as I dropped it off. Complementary rental was provided without issue. The problem turned out to be the amp and I'm told a hard reset was done and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. The cost was originally set at $0 so I found it unessesary and unprofessional when the service advisor that finalized things joked about how the cost was now "$400" and "just kidding" when I gave him a look (it was a different guy than who helped when I brought the car in). more

We had the unfortunate experience of going to this dealership in buying a vehicle through CarsDirect. After waiting two months for the vehicle, we were told it was ready to be picked up. When we got to the dealership, they had no paperwork completed in advance -- despite having all sorts of information from CarsDirect weeks in advance. More important, they didn't honor the range in trade-in value given us by CarsDirect, and which was backed up by Kelly Blue Book's website for appropriate trade-in (not retail) for this vehicle, in good condition. Despite trading in a popular vehicle in good condition and with low mileage, they low-balled us well below the trade-in value quoted by CarsDirect and in our research at KBB. We would have walked out, but my wife had been waiting for two months and they decided to take advantage. Cons: Service more
