I've been to Bimini Boatyard many times for drinks and bar snacks, and honestly, never thought much of the appetizers. Fried, salty and unimaginative. I went for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised by the ahi tuna salad. Took clients there the following night and we enjoyed wonderful dinners and great service. There is a big disconnect between the quality of the appetizers and the dinners. You would think they were prepared by two different chefs at two different restaurants. Don't judge this place by the appetizers -- the entrees are much better, and great value for the price. I love the Jamaican Grouper. Atmosphere is nice especially if you can snag an outdoor table.
