Reasonable, fair, and care about keeping their customers 11/4/2010

I've had my boat fixed at Boat Tune for years but the last time i went in they forgot to tighten a bolt and a piece fell off my outboard. They promptly replaced the part without cost and also the owner, Bob Leatherman, called me and offered me 1/2 off on my next annual service for my inconvenience. What more can you ask for? I always say, "it's not whether mistakes are made, it's how they handle it when one is made. Good people, i highly recommend them. more

I had exceptionally good service at both the parts counter and the service desk. They are staffed with very friendly people with tons of knowledge. If they can't find it they'll call around for the correct answer and they are great about printing out a diagram for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone for anything related to boats! more
