In '12 the salesman was attentive, the service was great, and they were genuine and seemed to care. Last month, the salesman was smacking his gum the whole time and was so nonchalant, it seemed he didn't want to make the deal. The sales manager left us a message thanking us with a recording. The person assigned to show us the Sync system took three weeks to call us back after a message was left for her.\r

Overall, the experience was much better last time than this.
