This doctor's office is amazing, the staff and doctors all really care about you and your family. They listen to your concerns and provide the help needed, the wait time is under 10 mins. I enjoy speaking with their receptionist she is nothing but smiles & my son seems to love her especially when its check out time and he gets a sticker. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for the best care for their family. more

Wonderful and amazing office, I truly feel blessed to have found such a caring doctors office for my son. The staff is nothing but friendly and all smiles it really makes you feel like your apart of the family. the doctors are purely wonderful, very thorough and supportive. This is the best office, ever! They won best pediatric office for several years in a row and they deserve it! I have tried other offices in ASheville before deciding to come here so I have some comparisions. Blue Sky is the most professional, warm, caring doctors and staff in all of ASheville. Don't take your kids anywhere else if you want excellent service. more

This is the best office, ever! They won best pediatric office for several years in a row and they deserve it! I have been bringing my 4 kids here since they were babies (over 10 years). Dr. Kowa is great and I love all of the staff. They go out of their way to help us in any way they can. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else, ever! more

Wonderful office and doctors 8/12/2010

Wonderful office! Dr. Kowa is the best doctor. They have a really cute office that is always clean and child friendly. His partner, Dr. Preston, is also a very good doctor. Since they changed to Blue Sky and made changes to their staff, this office has done nothing but improve. Me and my kids look forward to going there, it is like visiting friends. more

Best office in Asheville...hands down! 3/17/2010

This office has two doctors, Dr. Harald Kowa and Dr. Andrea Preston. They used to be with Asheville Children's Medical Center, but went out on their own last year. If you ever saw them before they became Blue Sky Pediatrics, you should definitely come back. This is the best office and best patient experience I have ever seen. I have tried a couple other offices in Asheville since I moved here and none of them compare to this office. The doctors never make you feel rushed and they show that they really care about the kids and their parents' concerns. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would never think of taking my kids anywhere else. more

We love Dr. Uritis 5/26/2008

Dr Uritis is the absolute best pediatrician there is. She is like part of our family. She has always been so in tune with my children's needs. Always knowing what's wrong and is able to explain to me as a parent in terms that I understand. I have never left a visit confused about any information that she have given me. My children love her and it is evident that she truly cares about them also. I know we will never find another like her. We miss her sooooo much and wish her well as she moves on to Park Ridge Pediatrics more

We love Dr. Uritis 5/26/2008

Dr Uritis is the absolute best pediatrician there is. She is like part of our family. She has always been so in tune with my children's needs.   • Dr. Harald Kowa has been a well-known and popular Pediatrician in Asheville since 1991. He founded Blue Sky Pediatrics Asheville in 2009 with the vision of the practice focused on “Happy Children”. His goal was to have a practice that works with parents to support their child’s best health and sense of well-being. He believes every parent and child needs personalized attention to be sure each child is happy. He is currently the owner and Managing physician.
