I completely agree with the other reviewers, five stars across the board. They had some trouble getting a critical part and when I asked about it they put me on the line with their supplier. When the part came in they finished in 3 days. I have sent 3 other people to them and all have been very happy. more

We were quoted the lowest price ANYWHERE around, so we took our Ford truck in to have an exact estimate for the cost of taking out a series of black scratches along the entire side panel caused by a black trash can. Not only did they do very quality work in a very little amount of time, they provided this service at no cost! In a day and age where profits seem to be the main focus and during an economy that can really empty your wallet clean, we were amazed at the quality of service provided and level of professionalism we experienced. I would DEFINITELY recommend this facility for any work needed and I don't say that lightly. more

I took my 2007 Ford Focus for a second estimate but ended up just getting the work done here because of the excellent demeanor of Raffi the manager. I had an unusual situation because of being hit by an uninsured motorist who said he wanted to pay out of pocket. Raffi could sense my discomfort with the whole situation and told me to just give me the insurance information and he would get everything taken care of for me. The whole process was very seamless, and my car looks better now than it did before the accident! I will tell everyone I know to get their body work at Blue Mountain thanks to Raffi and his exceptional customer service skills! more

From the very beginning Raffi made me feel welcome as if I were an honored guest who had been invited into his home. Here is a small sample of the excellent service I received from him: He is genuinely friendly and made me feel as if I was his only customer. He was knowledgeable and efficient regarding the types of repairs that needed to be made. He took numerous pictures of the damage to my vehicle from multiple angles so there would be no misunderstanding about the nature and depth of the repairs needed. In a word he was THOROUGH! He worked with me from the beginning to the end and was prompt to return my calls and devoted as much time as necessary to address any concerns. He facilitated the easy procurement of a rental car and was instrumental in the reduction of the daily rate I paid. He helped me save money! He represents a level of professionalism that is rarely seen in any business of any type. Anyone can say they are customer service oriented, but demonstrating that is an entirely different thing. Raffi is the real deal: he is Old School in the truest and most complimentary sense of the term. Raffi demonstrated a quality that one does not often see. He has a heart for helping people. He helped me out with an additional repair to my vehicle that was not part of the original damage from the accident. With the approval of Terry, the owner of Blue Mountain Collision Center , he replaced the side window at no additional cost to me! At slightly past the mid-century mark of my life, I have rarely seen an individual as friendly, devoted, and concerned for my care as a customer and as an individual as I have from Raffi. PROBABLY BECAUSE GRAND TERRACE IS A SMALL CITY, RIGHT IN-BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND SAN BERNARDINO,AND "BLUE MOUNTAIN" IS KIND OF A SMALL PLACE,NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW ABOUT THEM. BUT THEY DO GREAT WORK, AND HAVE GREAT SERVICE. OVER A PERIOD OF MANY YEARS, I HAVE GONE THERE SEVERAL TIMES, AND THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY SHOULD BE ON THE 'APPROVED' AND 'RECOMMENDED' LIST. more

I just cant say enough good things about this place! Raffi really goes out of his way to make sure you, the customer, is taken care of. Dealing with my insurance co was an absolute nightmare for me. They wanted to total out the car in a 15mph collision. I called Raffi, told him the situation, and he asked me to trust him. I did, and he got the insurance co to un-total my car! He really fought them for me. I ssooo NEEDED my car! They did such great work, and in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Blue Mountain Collision Center. They are a top-notch Establishment, and they really work for you. more

Blue Mountain Collision Center was recommended to me by a family member of mine who had used them and had a good experience. So, I decided to use them when my car was rear-ended. It was a big job -- the car was wrecked badly. They took good care of me, doing everything they could to fix it up. I have been a customer of Terry's for over 20 years. I initially went to him for a paint job that I needed done. I was satisfied with the work they did, so I kept going back. I went to Blue Mountain Collision Center whenever I needed more work done, or had an accident, or if there was any damage to my car. The work they do is excellent. Also, I have compared their prices with estimates from other shops, and I always go back to Blue Mountain. Terry and everybody there is just like family to me.
