If we had known how pain-free and rewarding remodeling with Blue Marble Design would be, we would have updated our house years ago. John helped us achieve (and improve upon) our dreams, and throughout the entire process, he was reactive to any of our concerns right away. It was important to us to find a contractor who carries liability insurance, who would work within our budget and who truly cares about quality; Blue Marble Design is the whole package. We couldn't be happier with our decision, and especially with our new kitchen and bathrooms. John kept us abreast of the schedule from ""demo"" to ""done,"" staying mindful of our goal to finish before the holidays -- and he did. Probably the highest vote of confidence we could give any company is to recommend it to our friends, and we have already sent several clients to Blue Marble Design. more

For anyone looking to do any remodeling work in their home I highly recommend calling John at Blue Marble Design. They recently remodeled our 20 year old kitchen and my wife and I couldn't be any happier with the results. John is very creative but sensible. He suggested that we increase the size of our kitchen by taking some space from a room that sat next to the kitchen that wasn't getting much use. Now we have a beautiful gourmet kitchen with plenty of workspace and additional seating as well. All of the workers were a pleasure to work with and we appreciated being kept up to date on any scheduling changes. The area that was being worked on was kept clean and organized. I could go on and on but we really were impressed with the process and the end result. more

We hired the terrific team of people at Blue Marble Design to help us with the design and remodel of our Master Bathroom. We changed the footprint of the bathroom which was 20 years old, gutted the whole thing and started over. John at Blue Marble helped walked us through every step. We wouldn't have ended up with such a beautiful bathroom without him. Great design ideas and a keen eye for details when it came to the actual construction work. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I definitely would hire them again in the future. more

Smart Move! We just completed the remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom. We asked the people at Blue Marble design to come up with a design that was functional, looked up-to-date and also coordinated well with the rest of our house. They did a great job! They prepped everything to keep the dust to a minimum. The workers were clean and on time. The supervisors that were there paid attention to the smallest details. John communicated with us every step of the way. Everyone said the construction process was going to drive us crazy but it wasn't bad at all. Good team! We really love our new kitchen and bathroom and are pleased it all got done on time and we are ready for our holiday guests. Thank you BM. more

Kitchen remodel gone very bad. This describes what has happened in our home. The 4 to 5 week job is now into month 5. We've had no kitchen since beginning of June. Very poor or no communication all along the way. No answers to questions. Most days no work was done. The requirement to pay 80% after 14 days should have been a red flag. After over 4 months and every part of the work being done over and over again, we are far from having a functional kitchen. The subcontractors used in all areas were incompetent, resulting in damage to our home. Now this contractor has walked off the job. We've paid 80% and received less than 80% work. We recommend NOBODY use this contractor. more

We just had our kitchen redesigned and completely redone. It was a lot of work picking out cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, etc. but the folks at Blue Marble were with us every step of the way. The project took a little longer than what was originally planned. Thank you! We love our new kitchen. more

We had our house completely remodeled and Blue Marble Design handled everything beautifully! Our house is in Westlake and needed to be upgraded across the board. Blue marble helped us come up with a new floor plan and developed a design plan that really fit our taste. Our new kitchen is my favorite! more

Blue Marble Design recently remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom and two other bathrooms. I am very happy with the finished product. It all looks absolutely beautiful! I change my mind many times through the design process and even made some changes after the project had already started but John was able to pivot quickly and did a great job accommodating my needs. Very knowledgeable and the project was managed flawlessly. Love it! more

Blue Marble did a great job! We just had our kitchen remodeled from the ground up. I cook a lot and I really love the design and functionality. The designers at Blue Marble came up with some great ideas that I wouldn't have thought of and the workers were polite, on time and went above and beyond to keep the worksite clean. I have done a lot of remodeling projects in other homes and I can't say enough good things about the team at Blue Marble. Great job! more

We just finished remodeling our master bathroom. We gutted it and started over. We would not have ended up with something so extraordinary had it not been for the people at blue marble design. The design they came up with exceeded anything we had thought of before meeting with them. We enlarged the footprint of the bathroom which allowed us to increase the shower size. They did it all - New cabinets, Jacuzzi, shower with a rain shower head and multiple shower heads, limestone tile, new lighting, caeserstone counter tops, shelving. The tile on the floor was laid in a versai pattern...love it. The whole thing took about 5 weeks which was stressful at times but WE LOVE IT! more

We had been kicking around the idea of remodeling our master bathroom for 6 years and starting talking to John at Blue Marble Design back in 2008. He was extremely patient and helpful and took as much time as we needed to make sure we understood the process. Finally at the beginning of May we decided to start the project. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and we are so happy we chose Blue Marble Design for the project. They were very helpful with the design and created a timeline for the project from start to finish. John was very detail oriented, more than us. You can't go wrong with Blue Marble Design. more

We own a large home in Westlake Hills 6/7/2012

We own a large home in Westlake Hills and just had our whole house remodeled. New Kitchen, Master Bathroom, and 3 other bathrooms completely redone. New hardwood floors, tile and carpet and new tile around the pool. We are so pleased with the results. Blue Marble Design did a great job. They helped us with the design and did the remodel. Their workers are courteous, on time and respected our house and property. The workmanship was top notch. What really impressed my husband and me was the constant communication and the excellent coordination done by the management team at Blue Marble. The job was done on time and on budget. We are so excited!! more

We had our master bath remodeled by the team at Blue Marble Design. They walked us through the process and explained everything, every step of the way. We had some ideas of how we wanted it to look coming into it but we are so happy we had someone at there to help us with the design of our new bathroom. They made sure that the bathroom fits our style. I highly recommend Blue Marble Design. more
