On The Fly 2/20/2009

The "On The Fly" lunch was suggested by our wait person. It consists of a selection of entrees, salads and soups. The problem is they are all served at the same time (this was not pointed out by our wait person), thus the entree is getting cold while the diner is eating his soup. Also, as stated in another review, do not go there if you are in a hurry. From ordering to being served was about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, no bread, no soup, no salad, no nothing! I will say the Lobster, Tomato, Crawfish bisque was very good. more

nice views, but not cheap 12/17/2005

Blue Canyon in Twinsburg may be one of the nicest looking restaurants I have ever been in. Looking like a lodge that should be sitting on a mountain this restaurant has plenty of close parking and a huge dinning room. The portions are very good but you will pay a little more then you may be use to. Also be prepared to wait in you order the Blue Canyon hamburger. Each time I have been there it has taken 20min for the burger to come out. more
