My mother in law lives here and really loves it. They have a great staff and are very professional and attentive. We like to visit with mom and go to PJ's which is right next door. There's a very warm atmosphere here. I always tell my kids that I want to live here when I'm older. more

Caring, professional service 11/17/2010

Before my mother passed away after a long illness, my husband and I toured Blue Bell Place a few times in our search for the right place for her. We completely fell in love with the facility, the staff, and the residents. The knowledgeable staff answered all of our questions (and we had many!) and showed us the compassion that we needed at such a difficult time. We felt comfortable in the homey environment created there. I recommend anyone looking for a new home for their parents or loved ones to give Blue Bell Place a visit. It's unfortunate that my mother didn't get the chance to experience this place. I'm sure she would have loved it there. more

Beware 9/29/2010

Very difficult to deal with director, who has a huge head and does no wrong. In my opinion, we were misled and taken advantage of at a most vulnerable time for our family. We all lost time from work (they ran us around) and had to deal with a most unpleasant situation, which should be avoided if at all possible. more
