I am very happy to let you know that the courtesy that Cesar Velazquez provided me with, was exceptional to say the least. He was courteous and professional. My car was clean and on time. He made sure I had an automobile to travel back home. He really cares about his clients. I am very happy and satisfied about his level of professionalism he emits at BMW.
