this is the WORST florist I ever come across ,I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, a week before her birthday to make sure she gets the flowers,all the transaction went fine yep they do international transactions,got an e.mail confirmation of details and thanks as a new costumer....BUT THEY NEVER SEND THE FLOWERS TO MY SISTER GRRRRRRRRR>>and they didn't have the decency to tell me the reasons why and is not much I could do from Australia .DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. more

Absolutely the WORST florist and customer service I've ever encountered. The flowers we ordered was nothing like we expected. We took pictures of the flowers received and the flowers we were supposed to get and emailed them to the owner. I called numerous times and the staff was RUDE and would never let me talk to the owner. I don't know how they stay in business. STAY AWAY FROM BLOOMTOWN FLORIST!!!! more

Do not waste your money 2/15/2012

I purchased the Be My Love ?Deluxe? flowers yesterday with Marylyn. The flowers that I ordered were supposed to have tiger lilies, red carnations, daisy?s, and roses. In the picture it only one tiger lily and four roses and a daisy or two. The flowers that my Mom received are substantially smaller than the ones that were ordered and advertised on line. I emailed the Owner, Michael the situtation as well as the pictures of the flowers that were received and of the flowers that were advertised on their website and told him that I was not happy. He asked what do you want me to do and I said I want a refund, he said they cant do that as he added the value of all the flowers that were used in my mom's arrangment and it equals the value that I paid. Looking at the two pictures side by side you can clearly see that they are not the same nor is it valued at the price that I paid for it. He told me he would send someone to p/u the flowers and give me a refund. I told him that wont work as I ordered these for my dad to be delivered to my mom as he is terminally ill he can not even talk correctly. This is my parents last Valentines together and I wanted to send my mom a nice arrangement. He told me there is nothing that they could do. I then told him I would never buy another thing from them and he said ""I hope you do that"". Their website states 100% guarantee satisfactory or call. I did and did not get a solution. more
