I purchased the Be My Love ?Deluxe? flowers yesterday with Marylyn. The flowers that I ordered were supposed to have tiger lilies, red carnations, daisy?s, and roses. In the picture it only one tiger lily and four roses and a daisy or two. The flowers that my Mom received are substantially smaller than the ones that were ordered and advertised on line. I emailed the Owner, Michael the situtation as well as the pictures of the flowers that were received and of the flowers that were advertised on their website and told him that I was not happy. He asked what do you want me to do and I said I want a refund, he said they cant do that as he added the value of all the flowers that were used in my mom's arrangment and it equals the value that I paid. Looking at the two pictures side by side you can clearly see that they are not the same nor is it valued at the price that I paid for it. He told me he would send someone to p/u the flowers and give me a refund. I told him that wont work as I ordered these for my dad to be delivered to my mom as he is terminally ill he can not even talk correctly. This is my parents last Valentines together and I wanted to send my mom a nice arrangement. He told me there is nothing that they could do. I then told him I would never buy another thing from them and he said ""I hope you do that"". Their website states 100% guarantee satisfactory or call. I did and did not get a solution.
