My husband and I hired BLM housekeepers to do a deep clean on our new house we bought. It was new for us but was bought from a previous owner. So I don’t need to stress I wanted our new house to have a deep clean to ensure no signs of the previous occupants. Not that they were dirty. I just wanted my new home to start out just that way clean enough to seem new to my family. After they did a great job housekeeping. We decided to have them come in and clean the carpets as well. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 12/21/2011

Horrible experience! Had Upholstery cleaned and the untrained tech did not use any water barrier (ie tarp) to cover my hardwood (laminate) floors. As he was cleaning, a large puddle of water formed on the floor. As a result a significant section of the flooring is ruined. I invited BLM to come back and inspect the work. They set a time/date but did not show up. Not I am getting no response from them. They do not answer emails, they do not return phone calls, they DO NOT CARE. Next step is BBB and WA ST. Attorney General along with placing a claim on their insurance. BLM... get in touch with me and stop delaying! I would advice potential customers to stay away from this company. \r more

BLM did a great job cleaning my offices 9/20/2011

Thanks to your great customer service in helping to set a routine cleaning our offices. We have had such a hard time finding a good housekeeping that is reliable. It's conforting not having to worry about the job getting done. We come everyday and see the differance and price is worth it. Thanks again BLM more

Great Job 1/11/2011

Great job on the house & carpet the price was within my budget. I just wanted to say thank you so much. I did my walk through with the landlord the next day and she said I should get all of my deposit back. Thanks again for doing such a great job. Also you should know my landlord took one of your cards for herself. She made the statement that the house never looked cleaner and the carpets almost new. more

I needed my house cleaned after a family celebration. I hired BLM house cleaning to come in and clean my house after the event and they did a great job. I was embarrassed to see things they cleaned that I seemed to have always missed. Great job and love the check sheet they gave me when the job was done. more

I thought the job done by BLM Carpet Cleaning was done professionally and on time. They even got out an old stain that other had not. I also liked the fact that the price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid in the end. I usually find myself paying more at the end with other carpet cleaners. BLM Carpet Cleaners have found themselves a long time customer. Thanks for your honest and hard work. more

After a bad experience with and old carpet cleaning company I decided to find a new one. My friend recently had their carpet cleaned by BLM and suggested that I use them. So I gave them a chance last week. Just when I thought I would have to replace my carpet. To my surprise my carpet looks new again and the price was worth it. more

I was tired of trying to get my carpets cleaned with my dirt devil shampooer. I finally broke down and called around for prices to get my house done before the holidays. Not only did I find their prices to be fair but they were right out that day. I also was very happy that the price did not change once they showed up. I’ll be using them again in the near future.
