Good deal for the price, but there was a lot of miscommunication. 1/24/2013

There was a lot of miscommunication with Bleyl Carpets & Blinds. They were supposed to come on a designated day and time. They came on the wrong day, first of all, and then the next time, they came way early. It was not the time scheduled. Also, whoever did the measuring didn't measure right. There are snags and streamers because they really had to work on the stretching. I wish I had known beforehand that the carpets had a tendency to snag. more

Punctual and competent. 12/14/2012

Our experience with Bleyl was surprisingly pleasant. Ross was incredibly prompt both when he came out to do the estimate and when he came to install. He was a nice guy, as was the young man who stretched our carpets for us. Both of them seemed very competent, and I was impressed with that. That's not always what you get when you hire people out here. more
