The atmosphere is wonderful. The servers are all across the board - the good, average and absent-minded are all represented here. Choose, if you can.\r My biggest complaint is the rigidity of the menu. I frown upon denying substitutions, refusing splitting, pulling out a higher priced, limited menu because it's Mother's Day and publishing a Fall menu in the newspaper but failing to mention that it is only available at dinner. \r Food taste is also all across the board. Some of the seafoods are great, the pastas just depend and the flourless chocolate cake is dismal. \r Two of the last three visits, our party (different groups) have walked out after being seated. In one case, it's because we were ignored for almost 18 minutes after being seated. In the other case, we couldn't substitutes sides and it was irritating. We went to Noble's and were accomodated. more

The employees are continually rude to female tables. Only nice to male and children tables. They expect a tip from customers they are rude to. The employees will not volunteer to wait on female customers,write order,bring menu,food,bill,silverware and drinking glasses. They bring food and run away. They bring wrong order and not volunteer to correct it. They knew it was wrong. Not come back volunteer to see if female customers need anything. Rush to get rid of female customers. Talk back rude,interrupt and try to start fights. And employees tend to leave female customers to gossip with employees. This place is a total gip!!! The food is way overpriced, furthermore, it is terrible!!!! The first time we went to Bleu there was, what looked to be, a public hair in our cheese ravioli. We thought we might try it again, but the 2nd time the service was atrocious and after waiting for 30 minutes for our entree's they were undercooked and tasted so bad I wouldn't have fed it to a poodle.
