very friendly over the phone and provided service very quickly. The technician was knowledgable and provided exactly the services that were needed, without pressuring us to do more than we needed. Technician was also friendly. \r They are VERY expensive as compared with other plumbers, but would use them again if there was an emergency. more

Fast and done right the first time! 8/30/2010

I've used Blau twice now. Two years ago for a new water heater and yesterday for a couple leaks along the hot water line going into my bathroom sink. The service was fast and the work is solid. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. Although they do cost more than I'd expect, my last home inspector even said that at least with Blau, you know you'll have it done right the first time and you won't have any issues. I would recommend them. more

My experiences with Blau have been very good. Sometimes confusing when more than one plumber from the company is involved, but overall very good. They will send a plumber no matter what time your emergency occurs (although after 10pm it will cost a little more). The plumbers I have dealt with are always friendly and courteous and knowledgable. I have used them 5 times over the past 2 years. They work hard to diagnose and repair the problem. more

We have used Blau Plumbing several times. They are quick to respond and professional. They make practical, easy to understand suggestions concerning repair work and all work is done in a timely manner. Our latest repair was air conditioning. It needed coolant, and it was suggested that the unit be cleaned. The unit is now running much more efficiently. more

Blau saves the day! 8/26/2010

Our air conditioner stopped running and I called Blau. They had their technician out the next day and identified the problem in just a few minutes. Two new parts had to be brought from the parts vendor and were delivered within a relatively short time frame. The air conditioner was back up and running shortly after the parts arrived and we are comfortably cool again! more

root x treatment 8/26/2010

Have had tree root problems for a couple years, blau came in 2 years ago and applied a root x treatment into the line we no longer have these problems. This is a yearly applied treatment that has worked really well for us we are happy with the results. more

I was horrified when my kitchen in-sink erator (garbage disposal) started spewing half processed food and backed up water across my kitchen. I was referred to Blau through several friends, and was very impressed with the service, prompt response and knowledge of the plumbers! They fixed the blockage in my kitchen sink, even replacing all the out-of-code pipes down in my basement. Although the repair cost more than expected, I was very happy that the job was done right! more

Sewer back up 8/17/2010

Blau arrived quickly to my home for amild sewer backup. After the first treatments did not work, they kept at it until the problem was solved. Pricey, but effective. more

Excellent Service 8/14/2010

I was very satisfied with the service of my central air conditioning unit. David, the Blau service provider, was very friendly and explained everything he needed to do to repair the unit. After he was done with the servicing of the unit, he did an inspection of my system in the basement. I felt very confident that he had successfully completed the repair. One day later as I write this review, I am actually chilly. Thanks Blau! I would highly recommend Blau to anyone who needs this type of service and I will call them again the next time I need service. more

I would absolutly recommend this company!! 8/10/2010

I'm a young first time home buyer, I needed some plumbing work done so I found Blau's Website and placed an order online. (Probably the only plumbing company you can do this with) I got a call back from their service department and they set up a service call promptly. The issue was taken care of that day and in one trip. Plus I got a discount for my online order! I would absolutly recommend this company!! more
