This school is both welcoming and inspiring. There is plenty of room for you to learn at your own pace, respecting your physical abilities. One of the most wonderful things about this school is that it is a place where people stay. They don't just get a black belt and leave. So there is not just Master Blankenship to teach you, but a large community of instructors. When I first started, I was paired up with one of the most senior instructors at each class. At 60-something, Master Blankenship is fit and strong, an extraordinary martial artist. And yet he speaks about what he is still learning. He shows that martial arts offers the chance to get better every day for the rest of your life.
