Horrible company. Incompetent. Rude. Sexist. They were hired by our insurance company and paid a lot of money, but they lost and damaged items, were consistently defensive and have non-existent customer service. Will never use this company again. Avoid them if you can! more

Water damage 3/2/2011

I got home and found a water line had busted in my upstairs bathroom. Water was coming out of a light fixture downstairs in two rooms. I called USAA and they sent out Blackmon Mooring. The project manager Ryan Dodge was at my house in only a couple of hours doing the assesment very profesional and knowledgable. An hour later Abel Gonzales and his crew also very profesional and knowledgable where taking down the ceiling, ripping up carpet and setting up dryers. I would use these guys again if anything ever happens again. more

Water damage 2/10/2011

I got home from work to a disaster house was flooded and my carpet was ruined. Blackmon mooring came out and cleaned everything up. Abel and Noel were very efficient and knowledgable. I would defintely recommend them to everyone more

Great Service with Great Prices! 1/13/2011

I would recommend Blackmon Mooring Carpet Cleaning service to anyone who needs a professional carpet cleaning done. I have used many companies in the past, but Blackmon Mooring tops them all. Their exceptional cleaning left my carpets looking as if i had just put new ones in. The two gentlemen named Sammy and George did a job well done!! The stains my toddler and pets made are gone. I will definitely be using Blackmon Mooring Carpet Cleaning Service in the future. Thank You for everything. more

I had a fire in my house one December night. I was thankful it was small (fire department's opinion). Of course, I never thought this would ever happen to me...and I hadn't a clue on what to do the next morning. \r Blackmon Mooring came to the rescue. What I liked - the project manager (Ryan D.) was clear and precise on what needed to be done and what I needed to do after the clean-up; call aheads for appointments; always showing up on time; evidence of coordination between their separate crews. They came to get the job done and they were nice about it to!. more

Good Business 1/5/2011

First off, they were on time. They did a nice job of getting out all of my spots. They also cleaned my baseboards for no charge. The men were clean cut and professional. When they were finished, they put teflon down to make sure my carpets stayed clean. Overall outstanding experience. My carpet looks better than it has in years. more

Blackmon Mooring 1/5/2011

The carpet in the den was horrible with pet stains, juice and anything else toddlers can spill! I called Blackmon Mooring and they were able to schedule me right away even with the holidays quickly approaching. Calvin and Jeremy arrived on time and did a great job! Calvin even took the time to explain the process and assured me no chemicals will be used unless I asked for them. Which was wonderful considering the room they were cleaning was the kids play room. The carpet turned out great and the pet stains were actually gone! Thanks again Calvin! more

Great Service - Great People 12/23/2010

I had a water damage that was a result of the supply line to my washer rupturing. It happened while I was at work, and I found out about it when my neighbor called me because water was coming out of my front door. Needless to say, when I arrived at my home I was stunned! EVERYTHING was wet. I called Blackmon and they arrived in less than an hour. They had lots of water to extract! They were very helpful in advising me on what could or could not be dried, and were clear that their job was to mitigate the cost of the loss. They ran drying equipment for a few days and came by everyday to check progress. With their expertise, we were able to save my hardwood floors. This saved money and quite a bit of inconvenience. I will always be grateful for them helping me when I really did not know what to do. more

Great Carpet Cleaning 12/21/2010

I had to get my carpets cleaned after a new years party. I was hesitant to go with Blackmon Mooring over some of the other more comercialized company's, but after the first cleaning, I have no doubt that this is one of the best companies in the buisness. Sammy and his partner were informative, professional and took time to explain the process to me. Having tried other companies, I can say Blackmon Mooring is my pick! more

Best Carpet Cleaning Service 12/14/2010

I had taken some CE classes at Blackmon Mooring and was impressed w/ what I heard about there details & care to service. When it was time to have my carpets cleaned, I didn't hesitate to call them. Sammy & Fernando did a fantastic job. They were very professional & gave tips for keeping my carpets clean and how to clean up accidents & spills on the carpet when they occur. Next time, I need the carpets cleaned, I will definitely call Blackmon Mooring again! more

Kind and Caring 12/13/2010

My insurance company recommended Blackmon Mooring after I had a fire at my home. They said that they clean after more fires than any other company in the area. I was a little concerned that I would just be a number, but their kind and caring staff led me gracefully down the path to recovery. I will never forget how they cared for me and my belongings. Would recommend them to anyone at the time of a traumatic situation like a fire. more

Carpet Cleaning 12/13/2010

Great job on my carpets. They also offered teflon spray to keep the carpets cleaner longer. They wiped down my baseboards, and even cleaned a small entry rug for free. Very kind and caring, I was happy with the service and customer care. more

Called Blackmon to have my carpet cleaned for the first time ever. I was very impressed with how clean the carpet was when they were done. They got rid of stains that I didn't think would come out. I especially like how everything they used was organic and smelled very good. Sammy and Fernando were very courteous, prompt, professional and quick. Will call on them again in the future. more
