Great Service and Competitive 12/13/2010

Blackmon Mooring did a great job on my carpet and my air ducts. When they were done, my carpet looked brand new and the air is cleaner, making my allergies bearable while inside the home. They offered prices that were competitive with all others, even the inferior cleaners I have used before which will go unnamed! more

Great job Blackmon Mooring 9/14/2010

I had a kitchen fire at my house two weeks ago. I didnt know what to do and was very distraught. I had black smoke throughout the house and a pungent odor. I called Blackmon Mooring and they were very responsive. They had a representative onsite with an hour. He was very attentive to my needs, and had three crews onsite working the following day. They spent countless hours cleaning every square inch of my home and belongings. They even had my clothing picked up, cleaned, and deodorized. Blackmon Mooring took me from a stressed out state and feeling of hopelesness to once again feeling at home. The smoke is gone, the odor is gone, and you would not be able to tell that there was ever a fire at my house. Thank you Blackmon Mooring! more

Not impressed 2/16/2010

I had a toilet that overflowed and damaged carpeting in the hallway. I called them to come out and they charged me $900 to pull back the carpeting, cut away the ruined pad, put three fans on it to blow it dry for three days. I thought that was rather steep, and they came down to $800 when I declined to have them replace the pad. I paid them, and now three months later they are claiming that I didn't pay. Fortunately I can prove that I did with my cancelled check. more

Professional Results 6/11/2006

We bought a house to fix up and sell. There was alot of work that needed to be done. We had to replace the carpet in some of the rooms but some of them just needed to be cleaned. I went to the grocery store and rented a steam cleaner and tried to do it myself. After renting the machine buying all the de foamer and soap and doing the job, the floors still didn't look that great. My husband told me to call Blackmon Mooring. They came out and knocked out 2 rooms in a matter of an hour and a half and the results were great! The carpet looked brand new. I will never rent one of those steam cleaners again. Blackmon Mooring ended costing me lees than renting the machine. Give them a try! PROS: Professional Results! CONS: more

Hello??? Is there anyone there? 8/3/2005

When finding out that we were looking for repair and not a new unit they wanted nothing to do with us. they took a long time to set an appointment, and then skipped out on us and never showed up. needless to say i am not sure how their prices are! I wouldnt do business with them, what they did was not very professional. more
