Blackmon Mooring Austin

I hired Blackmon Mooring to do a air duct and carpet cleaning in my house, not done at the same time, they were done about 2 weeks apart.\r I was very pleased with the ending result.\r I got a worker named Andrew. \r He did an AMAZING job. First he cleaned the Airducts and before they were done, my wife was dusting everyday and cleaning everyday because it was so dusty and our son has severe allergies. \r About Two- Three weeks later, Andrew came back to do a carpet cleaning. That was an amazingly job done too. The carpet looked BRAND new :)\r \r I recommend these guys x100 more

These guys make all the other carpet cleaning companys look like a joke. \r \r Blackmon Mooring is one of the best companys i have hired to clean my tile. \r My whole house is tile. so when i thought of calling the other companies again...i turned to a friend who told me ""you will love these guys call em!"" I gave it a shot.\r Man, i was so happy. \r \r My tile looks so spetactular. \r My tile cleaning guy, Andrew, was very nice and did the tile very quickly but it looked amazing. no residue was left in the cracks...anything. \r \r I recommend these guys more

These guys really do care about your carpet.\r \r I hired Blackmon Mooring to clean some tile and carpet for me, the day i was scheduled to have it done, I recieved a call about 2 hours before letting me know that they could come early.\r \r I was very happy, because with so many things going on i needed this done asap.\r \r I got a worker, Andrew. Who was very friendly, and was a excellent worker. I allowed Andrew to do is job and left him be. About an hour-hour 1/2 later he was finished.\r i walked into my living room and it was FANTASTIC! I was very happy. My carpet was CLEAN, and it looked like t was brand new!\r \r I'm very happy with this company and will be calling them when i need them :) more

The pipe under my kitchen sink busted and got water everywhere in my living room and kitchen and dining room. they were good to clean up the water and make it dry. nice people. more

When I had a fire a month ago, a service representative with Blackmon Mooring approached me to offer their services in securing my home, and working with my insurance company to get me back to "pre-loss" condition. He was a very nice man, and he told me they do more fires than anyone in Central Texas. I was a little concerned that I would be just a number, but he assured me that they provide a personalized service. Many of my household items have been passed down several generations and hold a great deal of value to me. Blackmon Mooring took great care in the handling and cleaning of all of these items as well as the structure of my home. I am happy to say that I made a very good decision at a time when i really did not know what to do. Thank you employees of Blackmon Mooring. more

Blackmon Mooring came to my house after a washing machine hose busted. It ran for about an hour while I was in my garage, and caused extensive damage. BMS came out right away and got my home dried out in a couple of days and ready for rebuild. They were there for me in a time of real need! more

I was getting stressed about making an appointment to clean my carpet and tile before Christmas, and it STAYING clean!\r \r So I read on yelp, to give a call to Blackmon Mooring. I did, and i made an appointment to get them cleaned. I recieved a call in the morning and the guy said they could make it early. I was happy considering I had so much to do. \r \r They arrived, and i showed them where everything was that needed to be cleaned. The guy, Andrew said it would take a few hours. I left them to do the job, and ran some errands. When I came back, it looked like it wasnt my house. the carpets were restored to their original color, and the tile was so clean i could see myself! :P\r \r I definitely recommend Blackmon Mooring. These guys are trustful, polite, and professional.\r \r I'm very happy. more

I heard many things about Blackmon Moorings carpet cleaning, and tile cleaning. I never expected a wonderful job. I have had my carpets cleaned by stanly steemers, and the steam team. They all sucked compared to Blackmon Mooring. I was very impressed with the ending result.\r \r I couldnt be happier, with my cleaned carpets and tile. My cleaner guy's name was Andrew, and he did an awesome job. He was very professional, and friendly.\r \r I recommend Blackmon Mooring because of their wonderful job. :) more

My experience with Blackmon Mooring was excellent. They had a Project Manager at my house within an hour of calling them after a line running to my upstairs toilet failed causing water to run all through the walls, ceilings, and downstairs. Their crews were professional and courteous. They worked in tandem with my insurance company to make me at ease while going through this traumatic experience. The insurance company paid their bill directly as it was the "industry standard" per the insurance Adjuster. I would definitely use Blackmon Mooring again, although I hope under better circumstance!! more

I had a pipe burst during the freeze in January. My insurance adjuster recommended this big company and I went along without doing any research. I am writing this review so others have opinions to look at. I had an initial consultation with someone that acted like he was going to take care of anything and would be there to help, after that meeting the only people that showed up couldn't speak english. This led to me not knowing what was happening when, and a lot of unnecessary charges. Things went horrible. They are really expensive, so I hope you have great coverage because they are going to milk the insurance money for everything they can. They drug out the drying process by not cutting my walls until the final day of 7 days of drying. It could have been done faster, but they charged by the day. I didn't look at prices until, due to this companies pricing, I hit my max coverage. Learn from my mistake and ask prices up front, even if insurance is paying. Everything was done eventually, but they didn't cover my toilet or sink when they took the ceiling out, so I am stuck with that now. I would stay away from this company unless you absolutely have to... that is what they bank on anyway. Pros: ? Cons: horrible communication, overpriced, sloppy work more
