We do not recommend this service. We had a prepaid contract for a pickup at JFK--no one showed and left the person stranded late hours of evening and early morning in the airport. The owner had no explanation how this could happen-offered a 20 percent discount. more

46th Wedding Anniversary 9/29/2008

The owner and the driver were both wonderful to work with and the vehicle, fabulous in black!. This was a truly a wonderful experience for my parents. It rained all day and the driver took extra care to see that neither of my parents got wet and made it to each destination on time. This company exceeded my expectations. They allowed me to put balloons and flowers in the car, and beverages were available for my parents to enjoy. I even had the driver provided my parents with letters of clues for their evening out. The price was the best in town. I would highly recommend this company and the staff to anyone. Sincerely, Kimberly more

Great cars 11/23/2005

This place has great cars and great service. The driver was exceptionally nice and had fun with us. The prices were ok compared with other places, but tip was included and the service couldn't be beat. When I had questions, phone calls were returned quickly. more

Great to do Business with 9/3/2005

Black Tie was great to do business with. The prices were reasonable. The limo was as promised. The driver they provided was so personable and fun. He catered to our needs and always asked if we needed to stop somewhere while he was driving us. The tip for the driver was included in the total price which was a great help when doing a budget. more
