Chef Heather and her crew catered my wife's 60th birthday for 40 people recently and it couldn't have gone better. The appetizers, especially the tuna tartar, were great starters....

fabulous appetizers 8/6/2007

I love finger foods and appetizers and was in taste bud heaven when Heather put together our companies munchies for our float building party. She had beautiful presentation and all of the food complemented each other without ever over powering one particular dish. The asparagus was my personal favorite however with little or no persuasion I could be compelled to state that anything she served was my favorite if someone wanted me to. more

Who ever thought diet food could taste good? 8/6/2007

I've known Ms. Mader for quite some time, and she's been my chef off and on for years. She made things like bread and cookies for me when it was still ""okay"" to eat them, and grilled chicken and fish when we found out that is what I should be eating instead. I find her to be reliable, hard working, and very interested in my dietary needs. I look forward to having her as my chef whenever possible, and to each and every new dish she dreams up for me and my family as well! more

Do you want to set up a beautiful backyard occasion for your favorite friends? Start with the FOOD - and who better to help out with that than Heather Mader, our favorite Gormet in the Garden!\r \r The strawberry covered topiary set center stage, followed immediately with the fresh crab cakes and \r (what WAS that spicy, hot sauce) accompanying sauces. The table was beconing with fresh, blanched vegetables, assorted finger food (dates,stuffed with blue cheese, who would have thought - delicious), and of course, the DESSERT munchies. She even discussed the recipes with us! \r \r Beautifully displayed and a treat for the taste buds! Can we make this a regular occasion?! more

No easy bake oven here!!!!! 8/6/2007

Heather 's Crab Cakes are the best Iever had! I loved all the different sauces she used. My kids are now eating their vegtables (WOW can you believe it!) Heather is not only great in the kitchen but she is fun and understands my familys likes and dis-likes, I love that she does the shopping ,and cleans up after she is done. It is nice to come home from work and know that I can spend my time with my family instead of the kitchen. Thank you from the Szatkowski family! more

If you are as busy as we are - and wish for easy help with great, everyday, healthy food everyone loves - Chef Heather Mader is a must for you. I was impressed with everything from my first call to the meals themselves.
