I called Black Mountain Plumbing to have a faucet replaced due to constant dripping, even though I have replaced cartridges over the span of about a year, it was time to switch up...

I called Black Mountain Plumbing to have a faucet replaced due to constant dripping, even though I have replaced cartridges over the span of about a year, it was time to switch up brands. The plumber Daniel was extremely informative as to why this may have been happening and it made complete sense. Pressure valve was not functioning properly. Will still be going forward with a new faucet, but a huge thanks to Daniel and the team at Black Mountain Plumbing! more

Great problem solvers 7/22/2019

Everyone that I've met with Black Mt. Plumbing has helpfully tried to diagnose and possibly resolve the plumbing problem without a house call. When their services were inevitable, Adam and the others were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Five stars in a heartbeat. more

Wonderful! 6/24/2019

How often do you rate anything five stars? We had a leaking toilet that needed a major rebuild to fix, but opted to just replace it. Daniel was on the spot, able to get the new toilet on the same day and install it. Couldn't be more pleased with both the service and the work. We are repeat customers and will continue being repeat customers. more

Dried Peas in the Garbage Disposal 12/31/2018

Everyone knows not to put dried peas into the garbage disposal: Right? Apparently not the case. Daniel came over to see us and quickly removed them from the pipes. It was quickly and well done. We will try not to repeat the performance. more

OUTSTANDING WORK 12/20/2018

Daniel from Black Mountain did outstanding work for me today. He called before he arrived and was well within the arrival window I scheduled. He was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail his troubleshooting procedures and his recommended course of action. He provided the cost prior to starting work. His work was very professional and solved the problem. I would highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing and Daniel to my neighbors. Exceptional work. more

Home Plumbing Video/Camera Inspection 11/8/2018

We had 3 different plumbing companies do a video/camera inspection of our home's pipes, which is over 50 years old. Solomon at Black Mountain Plumbing was the most thorough and provided different options that the others did not offer. He was very professional and the took time to answer all our questions. We have used Black Mountain Plumbing a few times before for some repairs at our condo. We have always been very satisfied with their work. Each plumber was very respectful and friendly. I never write reviews, but I wanted to make sure to write this one. It's hard to find a plumbing company you can trust because sometimes it feels like they're just trying to scare and con you into doing more work. I didn't feel that way with Solomon's inspection. I feel like he inspected everything he possibly could at the house, provided clear video evidence, and made some great recommendations that we feel comfortable moving forward with. more

Daniel from Black Mountain Plumbing was outstanding. Hire them if you have the chance. Daniel was professional, courteous, explained everything thoroughly and well. I had an awkward scheduling situation and Daniel went out of his way to accommodate me. I am very happy with a job very well done. more

Good plumber 5/6/2016

Had Daniel and John out to my house to fix a problem toilet. They were both very respectful to my wife, house & cat. First class job. Professional work and attitude. Cleaned up after they were done, even hauling away old fixture and all packing material. Sure, I could have shopped around and found a plumber for a few dollars less, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Happy to use them again or to recommend Black Mtn. Plumbing again in the future. more

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Black Mountain Plumbing. The staff was extremely helpful in scheduling, they answered their phone on the weekend and had an on-call plumber contact me right away. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and the staff worked with me to secure a specific arrival time, which I know wasn't easy. Larry was on time, courteous, trustworthy and fair. He made sure I understood what I was looking at during a drain scope. This is an extremely reliable and fantastic company. Highly recommended. more

Plumbing Repairs 12/16/2013

Solomon arrived to replace all components in the toilet bowl. He was pleasant and professional - in and out in 45 minutes for a job that would probably have taken me 3 or 4 hours to complete. This is the second time we have used Black Mountain Plumbing and will continue to use their services. more

EXCELLENT COMPANY 8/2/2013

When I called to explain my issue an immediate response was, "we can get someone out there within 2 hours."So helpful.Thank you Larry and Daniel for your excellent service. I had a broken water heater and they showed up within 1 hr of my call on a Friday afternoon. Both plumbers were professional, courteous and competent. It isn't easy to find a good plumber these days. We will certianly use them again with confidence. THANK YOU! more
