My idle tensioner pulley seized on my car and destroyed my serpentine belt. They had it fixed fast!

Worst

times both in person, on paper, and over the phone, for the axle and motor mount, and they refused to provide them, instead making a laundry list of everything wrong with the car....

B.l.P is grate cuz they allow you to build trust with them and never steer u away from your project car and are very trust worthy them selves and will never mock or discrace your own work you have done to your vehicle i will never go to any one els. more

Worth every penny 12/19/2013

Black Label Performance is staffed by some of the best mechanics I've met. Every time I go in there, they're always very friendly and immediately find a solution to my problem. So far, they've changed my oil, swapped my tires, and most recently fixed my head gasket. I've been going to them for about a month now and they're extremely accommodating. The prices are fair for the quality service you get. I definitely plan on returning. more

Black Label Performance replaced the heater hose and the valve-covered gaskets. It took a day longer than I was expecting because they were waiting for OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts. They had trouble getting those. So far, my car's been running fine. more

I took a vehicle to Black Label Performance that a different tuner started to put together for me. They put an engine in it but not a tuner so it stalled every two or three feet. I was about to junk it but I came across Black Label so I said to them, I got this thing and you're its last chance. If they couldn't fix it, I was gonna send it to the junkyard. They had it running and I've been having it tuned there ever since. They did a good job, they're friendly, is always straight with me as far as what they're going to do and how much it costs. It's been a great experience. They really worked a miracle on this car. more

I bought a 2000 MR2 Spyder, which is kind of a unique car. Black Label Performance LLC has expertise in their shop. The only people who know anything about this car are the dealership and, after a long search, Black Label. This car appreciates in value because it is considered a classic. Their knowledge and expertise about how to maintain this car were exactly what I was looking for. They do all of the work on it, and their attention to detail is at a level that I've never found in another auto shop. They treat the car like their own because they are real "car guys". They really love cars. more

Every time I go in, Black Label Performance LLC goes the extra mile. They spend a lot of time with me and are very hands-on. They actually show me this and that, and why they do one thing and not another. For someone who's not in that field, it's nice to have that done for you instead of just getting a bill at the end, you know? They're great. more

I have been to many mechanics and have never felt that they truly care about you as a customer. Walking into the building they are friendly and warm when talking to you. I had my car diagnosed at another place and the things I was told needed fixed ended up not being the case. My car is running like a champ again. more

I purchased a 2000 MR2 Spyder last year (2012) and needed to find a performance shop that I could trust, I found this in Black Label Performance!! I have had BLP install a number of performance mods (suspension bracing, intake mods, brakes and rotors, tune up, rear defuser install ) and the level of quality and detail is the best I have ever experienced. They are the only folks I trust with my car. I highly recommend BLP!! more
