Great Transportation Company 9/9/2010

I gave Black Diamond a job to do some of my airport transportation for my company travelers, they did such a good job that we end up opening an account with them, our invoices are always detailed and on time, and now that I have an account with them they take care of all our airport transfers, they made my job so easy, give this guys a call if your looking for the right transportation service. more

Amazing Service! 8/19/2010

We were impressed with the level of service we experienced with Black Diamond Limousine. We hired them for our wedding in May 2010, and they went above and beyond the call of duty for us and for our guests. We appreciated the email confirmations, as it was one less thing we had to worry about on our big day! We would recommend them for any big event, or just a nite on the town! We will be calling them to celebrate our first anniversary!? more

On Time, Polite and very reliable! 2/22/2010

I have been using Black Diamond limousine for over two years. I had 7:00am flight out of MCO I live in Winter Park pick up time was 4:00am driver always here 15 minute early. They have always been very professional, and courteous. The cars are always immaculate; I, as well as my clients, have always and will always be very satisfied with Black Diamond transportation service for all my events. I would not consider using another limousine company but this one ever again. Pros: On Time, Polite and very reliable! more

Finally 12/22/2009

After a HORRIBLE experience with another limo (HAHA) company in town, we cancelled our return with them to try Black Diamond. Much, much better, and they spoke english, both the drivers and the person who answered the phone.Don't mean prejudice, but if I can't understand what I am ordering then how on earth are they going to get it right. Anyway had a much better trip back to the airport, driver was on time, dressed in a suit, was polite, and got us directly to the airport (didn't get lost. Would definately recommend them and will be using them agian. Thanks guys Pros: On Time, Nice Drivers, No Hidden Fees more
