'Great fresh food served with panache' is what the Baltimore Sun (5/03) wrote about Bistro 1888, and it is very true.
The chef and co-owner Margaret Moorefield is a culinary genius. All 24 entrees, 12 appetizers, soups, salads, desserts and nightly specials are wonderfully presented and excellent in freshness, quality and taste. The Bistro has received the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellent and AAA 3 Diamond rating and are to be written up in Southern Living in May of 2006. When you visit, check out their wall of other accolades or check out their website. Pretty impressive. This restaurant could compete with the best of them in NY.
