One day as I heated my coffee, my micorwave made a sound like a shot and quit working. I went to Bishopp's and explained what happened. The sales person who was informative and knowledgable about microwaves explained what happened. She then gave me the number of a repair person.
In doing the research on the repair, I soon discovered that my microwave was beyond a resonable repair, due to what broke and the age of the microwave. I soon found myself in the market for a new microwave.
I went to another large chain store located int he Commons. The sales people did not seem to know anything about microwaves and was not very helpful.
I went back to Bishopps and again was treated courtesily. I was giv en knowledgable advice on the type and features of the microwaves available in the showroom.
I will not hestiate to go back to Bishopps the next time I need an appliance.
