18 days after my telelphone consultation w/ Dr. Birkmire's physician's asst. for $97 (a very nice lady, btw) & numerous promises my 'scripts are in the mail,' I am still waiting by my mail box for the Rx scripts' arrival. 18 days for my psychicatric medications! This is downright irresponsible of the staff, not mention a lie. I am horrified they would be this casual and unprofessional at my expense. Oh, and more.....last last year, Birkmire MOVED their office to Oviedo, left no forwarding phone # or address...a complete meltdown of order. Often they can't find my patient FILE, as well. What?! Unbelieveable...no wonder their patients feel deserted and depressed!
