Dave and Tara are great to work with and really know birds. I have never had an issue with getting help, getting answers or purchasing supplies. Dave was tremendously helpful in finding a new home for a Sun Conure when I could not provide care any longer. The store is always clean, well stocked and the people are friendly. I would highly recommend them. more

I haven't been here in years, after Shari became ill and had to give the store it became way to dirty for me to shop at\r Recently I have heard some good thing so I went back, 01/14/13 gotta say the place was very clean even smelled clean and the lady working was extremely helpful I have the pickiest bird and she even let me take home some samples to try. must say it's nice to know there is someone there that cares about the business and customers. she thanked me for my business and as i was leaving said come back and see us, as though i really mattered more

I normally don't give reviews, but I stopped buying my bird stuffs from this store after awhile because it was so dirty. Recently a friend told me they had new employees and must have a new policy because the place was getting reorganized and cleaned up. Sure enough, I stopped in last Monday and they looked great! If you stopped going because the store was dirty, give em another chance, they are back on track! more

I agree with Barbara. The store has taken on more birds than they can properly care for and the conditions are very dirty. The two individuals that were at the store were very unhelpful when it came to answering questions about the birds. Unimpressed and I will not be returning. more

Great Store. As previously stated they have started running an adoption center out of the store which is a really great thing. They have helped place birds who otherwise may never find a home. Unlike Barbara I've actually been in the store and am not posting my review based on hearsay. Much of her review appears to be fiction but if you don't believe me go there yourself. The store is very clean and they have a great selection of toys, birds, and feed. You can also tell that everyone who works there has a genuine love for the birds they have and are not just in it for the money. At the end of the day it's about the welfare of the birds and not about who pats me on the back for buying from them. I want to know my breeder and retailer has the birds best interest at heart and not their wallet. more

I haven't been in there in over a year but I have heard some not so good things about it now. I was told they run a bird rescue out of there and its gotten really nasty and dirty. When we use to go in there all the time, John and Sherry where always real nice and I could ask them anything and they would help me. But over time we have gone in there for a bird cage and it just seemed they would try and sell us a bigger cage then I wanted for a bird and it just got to be to big of a hassle to go get cages there plus their prices are higher on toys and cages then a few of the other places. I buy my food by the pound and they don't offer that so that is another reason we don't go there anymore. And it just seems the ladies that work there are not as nice as some the other places and I like being talked like I do have a brain and do know birds. It use to be a great place, not so sure anymore. more

I have been there several times to look and to purchase toys and food. they have a nice selection, Ive had my Parotts claws trimed also. nice job. big selection og big birds to choose from. more

When they say ""hand-raised"", they mean it! No overbreeding, definately no sick birds. They have been gently handled and are in open cages, free to find your finger if offered. They won't talk you into a bunch of stuff that isn't needed for a first time bird owner. They have a HUGE selection of bird toys too!! more
