Had to have power window mechanism repaired. Urgent request to have the repair work done ASAP was accommodated with 'next day' service. I am very pleased to have my vintage 528i worked on by such an "I CARE" service operation. more

No nonsense, honest advice 9/16/2013

Steve provides straight answers and tries to find the most economical solution to any repair. He present options to upgrade or add preventative measures, but he lets the customer decide for themselves. Great service and a reasonable price. more

If Bimmerworks says you need a part or service, you need it. I came to Bimmerworks because the Dealer recommended work I didn't need and had higher pricing for what I did need. I have never been disappointed. more

Pre purchase Inspection. BMW 530 9/9/2013

Low mileage '04 530, brought in to check out. $120 for hour plus inspection, resulted in No purchase. Erick & Dan thoroughly checked it out, rotors were shot, after market pads, 60K service not done, new tires were cheap, no brand name quality, trans leak etc. min cost to repair over $3500. Ouch...loved car, just not well taken care of unfortunately. Thanks, Bimmerwerks! Honest, fair, knowledgable, & nice. : ) more

550i software 9/5/2013

Swift, Dependable BMW Service Team 8/20/2013

This is my second visit. I brought my 528i in to repair a leaky radiator, which was discovered in my earlier visit. What a service team ... knowledgeable and considerate. Bimmerworks is a very "total customer care" operation. more

The folks from Devon Hill BMW recommended Bimerworks because they are a Dinan authorized service center. I have been working with Bimmerworks for about 2 or 3 years, they have never disappointed me. I really like the report the sent about recommended work, with pictures and the whole nine yards. I will continue working with them and recommend them to other folks. more
